Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area of 1,032 square metres at Kettle Cove South, Twillingate Island in the Electoral District of Twillingate and Fogo to Kelly Linfield for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
