Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to lease 4,600 square feet of office space at 19 Union Street, Corner Brook, from GDR Enterprises on a month to month basis, effective July 1, 2006, under the existing terms and conditions and at an increased rental rate of $51,294 per annum.
