Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act and further to the direction provided in OC2006-096, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set the rates of remuneration and expenses for the Alternate Members of the Fish Price-Setting Panel as follows:

i)  Alternate Members are to receive benefits in accordance with the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies pertaining to Level III Agencies, Boards and Commissions, with the exception of rates of remuneration; and

ii)  the rate of remuneration for an Alternate Member shall be $600 per day.
