Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and to pre-commit $47,999 in each of fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24; and $35,999 in 2024-25, excluding HST, against its budgetary appropriations to lease office space in Marystown from Bi-Rite Ltd.
