Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation to pre-commit $161,505 annually in 2020-21 through 2028-29 and $107,670 for 2029-30, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the award of a lease agreement to M&S Investments Ltd. for a ten-year term.
