Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $40,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of 2020-21 to 2023-24 to facilitate the award of a five-year contract to MERX Networks Inc. for the provision of an e-Procurement Solution.
