Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act and paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following individuals to the Labour Relations Board, for two-year terms, with effect from a current date:

a) Jacqueline Penney, Regular Employer Representative;
b) Christina Kennedy, Regular Employee Representative; and
c) Sean Noah, Regular Employee Representative.
