Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby abolishes the following positions effective March 31, 2013:
a) Deputy Minister responsible for the Office of Government Programs in the Executive Council;
b) Executive Director (Policy) in the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, effective March 31, 2013;
c) Assistant Deputy Minister (Human Resources) in the Human Resource Secretariat, effective June 1, 2013;
d) Assistant Deputy Minister (Marketing and Development) in the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, effective March 31, 2013;
e) Assistant Deputy Minister (Business Analysis) in the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, effective March 31, 2013; and
f) Assistant Deputy Minister (Special Projects – Energy Innovation Roadmap) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective March 31, 2013.
