Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 260 square metres situated on Granby Island in the Electoral District of Humber Valley to Bennett Warren for the purpose of a wharf and slipway, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences to occupy.
