Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 34 square metres of Crown land situated at Rhodies Pond in the Electoral District of Placentia to Campbell Carew for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
