Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 253 square metres situated at Intricate Harbour near Cottlesville in the Electoral District of Twillingate and Fogo to Lindy Rideout for the purpose of a wharf and boathouse, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences to occupy.
