Under the authority of sections 22 and 30 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Kathleen Roul as a member of the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, effective January 15, 2009 until December 5, 2009.
