Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to precommit $15.5 million against its 2009/10 budget allocation to facilitate the award of tender to construct the Torbay Bypass.
