Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the applicable department to pre-commit funding in the amount of $2.5 million against 2009-10 budgetary appropriations and $2.5 million against 2010-11 appropriations to allow the signing of a contribution agreement with Shorefast Foundation.
