Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Government Services to extend the Agreement with Unisys Canada Inc. pursuant to Schedule IV of the Newfoundland and Labrador Access Services Agreement, Atlantic Canada Online pertaining to the Personal Property Registry System for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2009 under terms and conditions set forth by officials of the four Atlantic provinces.
