Under the authority 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 30 square metres to Mr. Herbert Lloyd Blake, in the Electoral District of Isles of Notre Dame for the purpose of a boathouse subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
