Under the authority of section 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a lease to Crown land comprising an area of 1829 square metres situated in the Electoral District of Fortune Bay-Cape La Hune to Nature’s Sea Farms Inc. for the purpose of aquaculture storage facilities subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such leases.
