Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $33.0 million against 2009/2010 budgetary appropriations for new widening and hard surfacing projects funds on Phase I of the Trans Labrador Highway.
