Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $46.4 million against its 2009/2010 budgetary appropriations and $10 million against its 2010/2011 budgetary appropriations for new Trans Canada Highway/National Highway System projects
