Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $4.0 million in 2009/2010 under the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund for construction of the Conception Bay South Bypass.
