Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into a Timber Exchange Agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited, substantially along the lines of the draft Timber Exchange Agreement, including maps attached as Annex I of the Minister’s Submission; whereby the Crown will continue to harvest timber on Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited licensed land south of Gander Lake and in the vicinity of Gander Bay and Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited will continue to harvest timber on Crown land near Roberts Arm and Hinds Lake.
