Under the authority of section 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a lease to Crown land comprising an area of 548 square metres in the Electoral District of Grand Falls-Windsor-Green Bay South to Sunrise Fish Farms Inc. for the purpose of aquaculture, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such leases
