Under the authority ofsection 26 (4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit $6,894,000 against its 2009-10 budgetary appropriations, $7,759,913 against 2010-11 and 2011-12 budgetary appropriations and $5,114,875 against its 2012-13 budgetary allocations in order to enter into Growing Forward: A Federal – Provincial – Territorial Framework Agreement On Agriculture, Agri-Food and Agri-Based Products Policy.
