Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Public Service Commission to pre-commit funding of $362,300 against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations and funding of $621,000 against its appropriations in each of 2010/11 to 2018/19 to provide for new office lease accommodations for a period of ten years.
