Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Diane Hooper as Executive Director of Ireland Business Partnerships, effective March 9, 2009, with salary in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
