Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to pre-commit an additional $2.3 million against its 2009/10 budgetary allocations to cover multi-year project approvals under its Regional/Sectoral Diversification Fund.
