Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section  26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Finance to pre-commit funds of up to $20,000 against its 2009-10 budgetary appropriations for the Newfoundland and Labrador Statistics Agency to complete the building and development of a system of Community Accounts for the Government of Prince Edward Island.
