Under the authority of subsection 14(1) of the Regional Health Authorities Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to continue the appointment of David S. Diamond as Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority, after consultation with the Board of Trustees, with effect from a current date, subject to the terms and conditions of employment on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
