Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board, with effect from a current date, for three-year terms:                     

a) Megan Reynolds as Chair;
b) Stephen Burt; and
c) Roderick Mercer.
