Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015
Under the authority of section 85 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015, and on resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michael Harvey as Information and Privacy Commissioner, effective August 5, 2019, with salary at EP-10, Step 23, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
