Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $2,425,200 against its budgetary appropriations in 2020-21, to facilitate the award of a contract to Brook Construction (2007) Inc. for the construction of a protective care extension at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Centre in Botwood.
