Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $9,500,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2020-21 and $4,502,300 against its budgetary appropriations in 2021-22, to facilitate the award of a contract to Brook Construction (2007) Inc. for the construction of the new St. Alban’s school.
