Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $898,500 against its budgetary appropriations in 2020-21, to facilitate the award of a contract to EFCO Enterprises Ltd. for the construction of a new school bus depot in Corner Brook.
