Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.0634 hectare situated at Tides Brook, in the Electoral District of Grand Bank, and being more particularly described in Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to subsequently transfer title of the land to the Department of Environment and Conservation.
