Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey surplus expropriated land in St. John’s, more particularly described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Empower, the Disability Resource Centre, on terms and conditions that the minister prescribes.
