Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Environment and Conservation to pre-commit funding of $747,963 against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations to complete environmental site assessment and clean-up preparation at Hopedale and Northwest Point, Labrador.
