Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commitfunds against the Department’s budgetary appropriations for each fiscal year from 2009/10 to 2013/14 in the amounts of: $3,024,754 in 2009/10; $2,745,518 in 2010/11; $2,951,338 in 2011/12; $3,136,392 in 2012/13; and $3,340,848 in 2013/14, to facilitate the award of contract for the future delivery of the health advice and information line.
