Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Queen’s Counsel Act, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice after consultation with the Legal Appointments Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, by letters patent under the Great Seal, Brigadier General Kenneth William Watkin, a member of the Bar of the Province, to be a provincial officer under the style of “Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law.”
