Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to enter into conditional leases with grant options and non-subdivision provisions for 80 hectares of Crown land at Conche and 7 hectares of Crown land at Main Brook with Nordhaven Landings Inc. for the assessed market values of $90,000 and $29,900 respectively, in addition to a 6 percent surcharge on the sale price of each lot subject to inclusion of a provision preventing Nordhaven Landings Inc. from adjusting the lot prices downward in order to pay out less than the negotiated 6 percent surcharge of each lot, and in accordance with the development plans submitted by Nordhaven Landing Inc. for each site.
