Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $5,930,950 in 2020-21; $5,878,600 in 2021-22; $5,888,950 in 2022-23; $5,890,950 in 2023-24; and $1,702,716 in 2024-25, to facilitate the award of two contracts to Grey Rock Services Inc. for road maintenance on the Trans-Labrador Highway.
