Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $2,563,788 against its budgetary appropriations in 2020-21, to facilitate the award of a contract to Trident Construction Limited for the new bridge to replace West Bottom Brook Bridge.
