Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $167,800 per annum against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal years 2020-21 through 2028-29 and $83,900 against its budgetary appropriations in 2029-30, to facilitate the award of a contract for leased office space in St. John’s to Lansing Properties Inc. for a term of 120 months.
