Under the authority of section 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation to ensure that the Corporation files a General Rate Application with the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities upon incorporating into its application the rates policies that have been directed to the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities as to the Rate Stabilization Plan.
