Under the authority of section 16 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador each for a three year term:

i)  Mr. Justice Robert Wells, Chair;

ii)  Ms. Stephanie Newell, Bencher of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador;

iii)  Ms. Catherine Tremblett; and

iv)  Mr. Derrick L. Anthony
