Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Grant of Crown land for an area not to exceed 120 acres (48.56 hectares) at Manuels, Conception Bay South in the Electoral District of Topsail being a portion of Settlement Licence No. 5524 to Robert Murray as Trustee, and described in Annex 1 on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, for the sum of $1.00 subject to those terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of Crown grants.
