Under the authority of section 25 of the Pippy Park Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

  i)  authorize Pippy Park Commission to issue a loan to its subsidiary corporation, C.A. Pippy Park Golf Course Limited, to a maximum of $350,000, for the purposes of eliminating the operating deficit carried by this business unit from the previous operator; and

 ii)  establish an operating line of credit for C. A. Pippy Park Golf Course Limited, to a maximum of $150,000, for the purposes of operating the activities of the golf course and clubhouse.
