Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Health Care Strategies and Policy Contribution Program Contribution Agreement respecting the initiative entitled, “Clinical Skills Assessment and Training for International Medical Graduates,” along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
