Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Health Care Strategies and Policy Contribution Program Contribution Agreement respecting the initiative entitled, “Internationally Educated Health Care Professionals Initiative – International Medical Graduate Pathways,” along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
