Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funds of $280,000 against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09 to support the province’s contribution to the proposed Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership Memorandum of Understanding.
