Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theDepartment of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $2,840,000, $2,930,000, $3,020,000 and $3,110,000 against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal years 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10 respectively, to facilitate the awarding of the four year contract for the Cartwright to Nain Freight Vessel Service.
